According to The Dictionary of Misinformation, pigs do not naturally eat
garbage. Their reputation for doing so comes from the fact that garbage
is what they are often fed in captivity. In fact, "of all domestic
animals their preferred diet is closest to that of human beings."
Well that explains why the individual chomping on the cheeseburger in
the next booth last night was making those strange noises.
