The Loony Bin is a private humour mailing list. It was created during a fit of madness in early 1996 by Andrea J. Chee otherwise known as Andromeda - Internet Goddess . She is also the creator of Bloodaxe's History Links .
The Loony Bin Archive is maintained by P.J.Wise and Simon Proctor.
Both Andrea J. Chee and P.J.Wise were postgraduate students at the University of Kent at Canterbury , in History and Medical Electronics respectively.
We were both also committee members for the Star Trek Society at the University.
Where possible accreditations have been included within the appropriate messages, however due to the unpredictability of sources on the net it has not always been possible to correctly acknowledge all the authors.
